Helping to celebrate the silhouette’s 25th birthday the Nike TN Air Max Plus Waterway arrives with a clean white mesh upper similar to the one pioneered by designer Sean McDowell. This mesh works as the perfect canvas for the tie-dye graphics inspired by palm trees that are painted on top. The wavy TPU exoskeleton that helps give this model its shape features a gradient transition from metallic silver to muted blue, preserving the signature detailing of the original from 1998. Visible Tuned Air units make up the forefoot and heel portion of the PU midsole and ensure superior cushioning and long-term comfort. At the same time, modified waffle traction patterns on the decoupled outsole deliver a durable and reliable grip.
