This week we see the highly anticipated collaboration between Berlin-based artist Ruohan Wang and Nike. Wang brings her creative flair to three classic Nike silhouettes, the Blazer, the Air Force 1 and the Air Max 90. Wang was born and raised in China and then moved to Germany to hone her craft. She is an illustrator, painter and visual artist and she shows off her unbelievable talent in this collab. The Nike Blazer Mid is one of Nikes oldest silhouettes and has been at the centre of many hyped collaborations over the years. But not many have been quite as eye-catching as Wang's effort. The shoe is wrapped in Wang's artwork from top to bottom. The upper features a rendition of the art that has made Wang famous, whilst the iconic swoosh remains in a clean white leather. The rubber insole ensures comfort, whilst the midsole once again features the legendary Wang artwork, finalising the exciting design. A must-have for sneakerheads that love to stand out and anybody who is already a fan of Ruohan Wang.
