Released as part of the Jumpman brand's All-Star Collection in February 2019 the Social Status x Air Jordan 6 Retro Pony Hair is the Charlotte-based retailer Social Status' take on the classic Air Jordan 6. Dressed in a glossy reptilian base overlaid with pony hair at the toe, heel, collar and quarter panel. This shoe is reminiscent to me of a cowboy boot in a lot of respect with the scaley finish achieved, but much less so in terms of its black and purple colour scheme, that contrasts well. Nicknamed "Cow Fur" it's clear why it has been given this moniker, this shoe is an excellent addition to the Air Jordan 6 family and one that looks to do well in the early part of 2019.
